Who We Are



Founder & Art Director

Yohann started hairdressing in his hometown of Paris.

After finishing his training in Paris he quickly moved on to work at some of the most renown salons in Paris, such as Michel Dervyn, Alexandre de Paris, Daniel Harlow and Mod’shair. He was assistant to Paolo Ferreira at Calisté, and began working on shoots for fashion magazines and backstage for Paris fashion week, styling shows for names like Thierry Mugler, Chantal Thomas, Yoji Yamamoto, Valentino and Frank Sorbier.

He moved to Lisbon where he began to work for brands such as Wella,  Revlon and also became ambassador for L’Óreal as well as developing the Modshair network as their master franchiser in Portugal.

In 2017 Yohann and his team won Davine´s HOS competition in Portugal. Yohann is now working with a completely organic brand, which he trusts is the way forward.  – He is the co- founder of Andsowhat 


Maisie Storm

Founder & Art Director

Born in England but traveled at the age of 10 with parents and siblings through Europe and ended up in Portugal where she has been living for the last 22 years.

She studied art but early on decided that actually hair and makeup was her passion. She started at CEPAB hairdressing school in Lisbon and working as an assistant and then as a creative top-stylist of one the most renown hairdressers in Portugal.

Maisie has done numerous editorials and photoshoots over the time and taken part in world hair contest and actually winning the What Next Challenge Iberia from Sebastian in 2015. During this time she went to London to enrich her education at the Vidal Sassoon academy and Westrow academy.




Creative Stylist

Renato is one of our Top Stylists.

He is a breath of fresh air, and a burst of energy! Many of his regulars say he cuts hair to the rhythm of music. Renato has been hairdressing for over 20 years.

He lived in Madrid where he enriched his hairdressing education and worked for 4 years. He was the owner and creative director of Chill Factory in Oeiras for seven years and in LX Factory for two. Renato has worked as a session stylist in fashion, television, film and theatre. In 2016 Renato won the silver medal for the Wella Trend Vision competition in Portugal.


Carla Santos

Top Stylist & Salon manager 

Carla is one of our Top Stylist and salon manger .
She started working with us 6 years ago and her evolution has been remarkable! She studied in Lisbon and finished her education with our ongoing training program.

She is definitely the salon sweetheart! Loved by her colleagues and clients. She is a true perfectionist,  always wanting to grow and know more.


Dedicated to her training and need to grow she has attended various intensive courses in renown academies such as Westrow Academy , Tony and Guy London Academy and with OWAY - Carla is full of amazing knowledge and great ideas for the team and our clients!




Top Stylist

Vanessa is one of Top Stylists.

Vanessa loves to travel the world and live new experiences which have made her the amazing person and professional she is today.From Lisbon she moved to London where she finished her hairdressing course with Toni and Guy and then moved on to Macau.

She worked in both London and Macau with a vast variety of clients. She is a perfectionist both in cutting and colour, always looking for the best solution and confirming her decisions with her fellow colleagues just to guarantee the perfect result!  Extremely dedicated and kind to all her clients and colleagues at that , giving each and everyone the time and attention they deserve in such and calm and reassuring way. 


Rui Pedro

Top Stylist

Rui Pedro is one of our Top stylists.

Rui started hairdressing when he was 21 in Lisbon. After finishing his training in Lisbon he left for London to take an intensive course at Vidal Sassoon and then decided to move to Spain where he continued to enrich his education at QUETA.

He stayed on to work in Barcelona for a few years before moving back to his hometown Lisbon. He loves practising his perfect Spanish and English while cutting hair, always ready for a chat and a good laugh! Rui has worked in many renown salons in Lisbon and has worked as a session stylist for TV, fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Maxima as well as at Lisbon Fashion Week and Portugal Fashion.





In 2017, Diana began in the hair area, starting a barber shop course in Brazil, and soon found that she wanted to explore more techniques and different works. She then began to seek knowledge of ladies hairdressing and colorimetry.

In 2018 she moved to Portugal, where she worked as an assistant to large salons of Lisbon and as the right arm of great professionals with different techniques. With this, she began to accumulate knowledge and was thus gaining independence to take her first steps as Jr. Hairstylist.

Diana has been assistant at &SoWhat in 2020, and now returns as part of the team to gain more and more knowledge and now she is one of our Stylist .
