Yohann started hairdressing in his hometown of Paris. After finishing his training at L’ecole de Coiffure de Paris he quickly moved on to work at some of the most renown salons in Paris, such as Michel Dervyn, Alexandre de Paris, Daniel Harlow and Mod’shair. He was assistant to Paolo Ferreira at Calisté, and began working on shoots for fashion magazines and backstage for Paris fashion week, styling shows for names like Thierry Mugler, Chantal Thomas, Yoji Yamamoto, Valentino and Frank Sorbier.

He moved to Lisbon where he began to work for brands such as Wella and Revlon and also became ambassador for L’Óreal as well as developing the Modshair network as their master franchiser in Portugal.

In 2017 Yohann won Davine´s HOS competition in Portugal.

Yohann is now working with a completely organic brand, which he trusts is the way forward. He now works with OWAY and is one of the OWA Master Trainer – sharing OWAY’s philosophy with other owners and stylists.

maisie storm

Born in England but traveled at the age of 10 with parents and siblings through Europe and ended up in Portugal where she has been living for the last 22 years. She studied art but early on decided that actually hair and makeup was her passion. She started at CEPAB hairdressing school in Lisbon and working as an assistant and then as a creative top-stylist of one the most renown hairdressers in Portugal. Maisie has done numerous editorials and photoshoots over the time and taken part in world hair contest and actually winning the What Next Challenge Iberia from Sebastian in 2015. During this time she went to London to enrich her education at the Vidal Sassoon academy and Westrow academy.

Renato is one of our Top Stylists. He is a breath of fresh air, and a burst of energy! Many of his regulars say he cuts hair to the rhythm of music. Renato has been hairdressing for over 20 years. He lived in Madrid where he enriched his hairdressing education and worked for 4 years. He was the owner and creative director of Chill Factory in Oeiras for seven years and in LX Factory for two. Renato has worked as a session stylist in fashion, television, film and theatre. In 2016 Renato won the silver medal for the Wella Trend Vision competition in Portugal.

Carla is one of our Top Stylists. Carla started working with us 4 years ago and her evolution has been remarkable! She studied in Lisbon and finished her education with our ongoing training program. She is definitely the salon sweetheart! Loved by her colleagues and clients. She is a true perfectionist,  always wanting to grow and know more. Fresh back from her training at WESTROW Academy in Leeds with the OWAY - Carla  full of amazing knowledge and great ideas for the team and our clients!

Vanessa is one of our Stylists. Vanessa loves to travel the world and live new experiences which have made her the amazing person and professional she is today.From Lisbon she moved to London where she finished her hairdressing course with Toni and Guy and then moved on to Macau. She worked in both London and Macau with a vast variety of clients.

She is a perfectionist both in cutting and colour, always looking for the best solution and confirming her decisions with her fellow colleagues just to guarantee the perfect result!  Extremely dedicated and kind to all her clients and colleagues at that , giving each and everyone the time and attention they deserve in such and calm and reassuring way. 


Rui Pedro

Rui Pedro is one of our Top stylists. Rui started hairdressing when he was 21 in Lisbon. After finishing his training in Lisbon he left for London to take an intensive course at Vidal Sassoon and then decided to move to Spain where he continued to enrich his education at QUETA. He stayed on to work in Barcelona for a few years before moving back to his hometown Lisbon. He loves practising his perfect Spanish and English while cutting hair, always ready for a chat and a good laugh! Rui has worked in many renown salons in Lisbon and has worked as a session stylist for TV, fashion magazines such as Vogue, Elle and Maxima as well as at Lisbon Fashion Week and Portugal Fashion.

Patricia is our lovely receptionist, her smile will be the first thing you see when walking in through the door! Known for her calmness and sweetness  - she will welcome you and make sure your experience runs smoothly.

Ana started her carer in hairdressing in 2001. She started by taking her course in CEPAB hairdressing school in Lisbon. She worked at the same time for a french multinacional for 10 years, where she worked her way up to professional trainer and then manager. 

She worked in  some of the most renown salons in Lisbon but in 2013 she decided to take her skills else where and learn new ones to enrich her education. She moved to Spain where she worked with the company Aveda in Madrid, where her interest in cleaner natural products grew. 

Ana also had the opportunity to work on a TV crew doing hair for series and films. She worked on Lisbon fashion week and also did editorial work for fashion magazines. 

Ana is very discreet but doesn’t go unnoticed! She is a perfectionist and super methodical! 

Those who know Ana will tell you she loves to dance, have a good laugh and always up for a good conversation in Portuguese, Spanish , English or French ! 



Arnaud grew up in Lyon . After finishing marketing studies at 19 and being bored of school he decided to leave his hometown for California. 
He flew to Los Angeles and started at  few different jobs and travelled through West and Central America. It was after 2 years that he decided go come back to France and start hairdressing school, an interest that had sparked while he was travelling .
He started in a salon which is affiliated to a English academy (TIGI) where he learnt the basis or men’s hair cutting and barbering. 
After 3 years in which he gained experience not only on the salon floor but also being part of  lots of shows, videos and trainings he moved to Bordeaux to the SACO academy where he continued his education and knowledge of hair cutting. After lots of work and dedication he became a SACO trainer himself!
In search of a new experience he decided to look outside of France. After research he choose Lisbon as his destination and &SoWhat as his new home! Let the new adventure begin!
